Max macht Abitur

Für den Englisch-Grundkurs sollten wir neulich Gedicht schreiben. Thema: Wie es für uns in einem Jahr sein wird, wenn sich unsere Schulzeit zum Ende neigt. Die Ergebnisse werden in der Schule ausgehängt - und naja, wenn die eh schon zu sehen sind, wieso dann nicht gleich im Internet. Deswegen: schamloses Seelen-Striptease hier im Blog!

I walk the streets,
Cars are rolling.
I ask myself,
How it will go on.

Deciding which university to choose,
Deciding where to move,
Deciding what do do,
When school is finished, totally finished.

Doing things for the last time,
Waking up every day,
And counting them to zero.
Excitement.

How will the summer be?
Will I work?
Will I prepare for university?
Will I travel through the world?

How will it be to go to parties where I will see people for the last time?
